Rules and Entry Criteria

  • Create a set of 5 nails that reflect & work in harmony with the Tag That Trend theme highlighted in the current GlossaryLive newsletter.
  • Represent the theme in an engaging, original & exciting way.
  • Complete at least one hand & 5 fingers for this contest.
  • Any nail products & brand may be used.
  • Any techniques & nail art accessories may be used as long as the theme remains obvious.
  • Points will be given for composition, lighting, color palette, finish & interpretation of the theme.
  • Don’t overcomplicate the design.
  • The image entered does not have to be new, never seen before content.
  • Uploaded images must a .jpg or.png, at least 1,000 pixels wide and be in a square format to fit an Instagram tile.
  • Once images are approved, they will be added to the Contest Gallery page.
  • This contest is free to enter.
  • This contest will be judged by 7 members of the GlossaryLive team & an industry guest judge.
  • The top 5 images will be added to a Nail Artist Gallery on glossarylive.com.
  • The top 3 images will receive a GlossaryLive digital winner badge.
  • The winning image will win a year’s subscription to GlossaryLive.com & an invitation get published in the Tag That Trend section of the website that includes a step by step tutorial workbook.
