What it is: Created by combining a monomer liquid mixed with polymer powder to create a bead that is then applied to the nail in the form of sculpting on a form or as an overlay; can be over tips.
How to use it: A traditional acrylic is a mix of liquid monomer and acrylic powder, which when mixed together, is applied to the nail to air cure and is then filed & shaped to the artist’s style.

What it is: A small glass or plastic container with a lid, that holds a minimal amount of monomer liquid for one service use when sculpting or creating an overlay using the liquid & powder artificial nail system.
How to store it: Take any leftover monomer and create a small bead. Wipe this into a lint-free wipe and then use a fresh lint-free wipe to clean the dish. Discard the lint-free wipes according to your local hazardous waste disposal rules & regulations.

What it is: An implement with a spoon-shaped end, used to gently push back the eponychium to expose the excess cuticle attached to the nail plate.
How to use it: Used at the start of each service to gently push back the surrounding skin to expose the nail plate. Some pushers have a scraping end, shaped like half a nail nipper, that can gently scrape away the dead skin to clean the nail plate.
How to disinfect it: Scrub with soap and water, then dry. Next submerge in hospital grade disinfectant.
How to store it: After disinfection and sanitization, store covered, in a clean dry area.
