Jai will always be a nail technician & a passionate & strong advocate for our industry.  Jai has a passion for people, sharing knowledge & loves to pinpoint a problem to find a creative solution. She inspires others through laughter, education and creating self-belief in those she works with. With a strong business background, Jai’s experience includes successful salon owner, heading manufacturer education teams, maintaining wholesale distribution, international nail judge, and CEO to an RTO delivering all aspects of beauty therapy.  Having moved out of the beauty business, Jai now focuses her energies on a project, which has her heart, her ‘Journey to Fabulosity’ online program.   She has a huge passion and empathy for the human spirit, in particular women, hence her new direction.
